W. KELLY PULS

Kelly Puls is the principal attorney at Puls Law, PLLC. He is admitted to practice law in Texas state courts, Oklahoma State Courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

 

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and a law degree from California Western School of Law. Following law school Kelly, clerked with the Supreme Court of Texas.

 

Kelly is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and he has been a litigator and trial lawyer for the majority of his career. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in numerous significant cases, many of which have resulted in substantial verdicts.
